Description
The Hipster Twin Longboard evolved from the much loved Hipster Twin Fin, rather than a classic longboard shape. Designer Scotty McKercher took the the bottom contours and outline of the Hipster Twinnie and stretched them into a longboard.
It’s designed to be a longboard that feels a little closer to a shortboard. But don’t worry, you can still nose ride just as well with the larger side fins.
It has a single concave running from the nose and feeding into a double concave towards to the tail, with a slight Vee out in the tail. This gives it a lot of speed, lift and drive when you’re turning.
When you step back to the tail, put the board on rail and start to drive, you’ll get more of that fast, shortboard feel.
