At Stand Up Surf Shop, it is our commitment to sell the best gear with as much information as possible, helping you to make an informed buying decision. Should you have any reason for seeking a Refund, Repair or Replacement on any of our products, please read below to work out the best course of action.
Whoops, I simply got it wrong and would like a Refund
Thank you very much for making the decision to purchase one of our products and sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. We would like to keep your custom and see if we can provide a solution to make you happy with one of our products.
Firstly, please make contact with Stand Up Surf Shop to discuss your options within 14 days of delivery (email@example.com) or (08) 9335 5636
This is how you can help us for the best result
- Provide some proof of purchase, this should match our records
- Product/s to be unused and preferably in original packaging
- You changed your mind so it’s only fair that you pay the return freight cost
- We can assist in arranging the return freight if required
- Refunds can be offered by way of shopping again, store credit or refund via original method of payment. Let’s discuss and work out what’s best here
- If we agree on a Refund of payment
- Amount is for the original product price only, less any freight costs
- Refund is by way of original payment method only (Card for Card)
- Refund will be made once return item has been received and assuming no damage has occurred during the return trip home, if so we need to have a little chat
- If we are all happy, payment will be made within 2 working days but may take a few days to clear depending on payment method
FYI: Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to supply a refund for
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
- Incorrect sizing or fit.
