TRI-FORM 3X Leading Edge Construction
Exclusive to VAYU, the TRI-FORM 3X system combines ALUULA DCC 160 with dual-density Dacron in a precision-layered structure. Each material is used with purpose:
- ALUULA DCC 160 delivers ultra-high tensile strength and minimal stretch.
- Dual-density Dacron provides abrasion resistance and directional flex control.
Together, they create a high-stiffness, low-weight framework that resists deformation, maintains canopy tension, and ensures consistent aerodynamic stability. The result is a wing that’s durable, balanced, and powerful across all wind angles.
Click-Boom Ready
The AURA V4 is fully Click-Boom Ready, featuring reinforced boom mounts and optimized handle spacing designed for seamless integration with VAYU’s Click Carbon Boom System. One boom fits all compatible wing sizes (3.0–5.5), offering a secure, efficient connection that’s easy to mount, travel with, and eliminates excess gear.
Flow Grid Canopy Design
VAYU’s Flow Grid canopy architecture is built on a Progressive Canopy Layout, blending multiple Teijin fabric densities to fine-tune performance. Heavier reinforcements provide strength and stability where needed, while lighter materials reduce weight and enhance reactivity.
